With more than twenty years of experience in communications, both within agencies and client-side,
I chose to continue my journey as an independent adviser.
Over the years I have learnt that organisations only thrive
in the long term when their processes are clear, their
strategies future-ready, and their people genuinely feel valued.
I am a sparring partner who dares to ask the difficult questions and who reduces complexity to its essence. My analytical eye connects the dots into one coherent story, while creativity allows me to bring in fresh perspectives
. I also carry humour and lightness into my work, because professionalisation and change need not feel heavy.
What makes me different is a broad, strategic and societal outlook. I naturally see how organisations are linked to the world, and how their internal choices ripple outwards into the communities around them.
